Most hosts choose the flat rate model due to its simplicity, fixed amounts and minimal administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flat rate taxation is based on the number of beds, the amount of the local tourist tax and the prescribed rates. The second option is keeping full accounting records, which is mandatory for certain legal forms or when the host generates significant income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article explains the basic concepts, advantages and disadvantages of each model, as well as situations in which it is more beneficial to use the flat rate system or switch to bookkeeping.
