This privacy policy explains which personal data we collect when you visit the krkdanas.hr portal, why we collect it and what rights you have.

You can read the portal without registering and without providing any personal data.
When you write to us using the form on the Contact page, we collect the data you enter yourself: your name, e-mail address, phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message. We use this data solely to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you have sent us (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We keep messages for as long as needed to communicate with you, and no longer than two years from the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention.
The same applies when you e-mail us directly.
On every visit, the server automatically logs technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access. This data is used for security and to keep the site working properly, and we do not use it to identify you.
To protect the contact form from spam, we use Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA loads only on the Contact page and transmits technical data about your device and your behaviour on the page to Google. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The fonts on the portal are loaded from Google's servers (Google Fonts), which means Google can see your IP address.
Google may also transfer data outside the European Union, subject to the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation. You can read more about this in Google's Privacy Policy.
The portal is hosted by a web hosting provider that processes data on our behalf and according to our instructions. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies are small files stored on your device. The portal uses only cookies that are necessary for the site to work and to protect the contact form. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, so we do not ask for your consent to them. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but the contact form may then not work.
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You also have the right to object to processing. Send your request to krkdanas@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
