Submitting the TZ2 form is mandatory for all hosts who pay the tourist tax as a flat rate. Although the procedure may seem confusing at first, in practice it is relatively straightforward if you know where to click and what to enter.

Logging in to the e Porezna system
To begin, you need to log in to the e-Porezna system via the official website of the Tax Administration.
Login is available at the following link:

There are two possible ways to log in:
- using an electronic ID card with a smart card reader
- via a mobile banking application, if your bank supports this option
After a successful login, you will be inside the e-Porezna portal.
Finding the TZ2 Form
Within the system:
- enter it in the search field: TZ2
- click on the result that appears
- the TZ2 form will open, ready to be filled in
There is no need to download or install anything in advance.
Filling in the TZ2 Form
Selecting the Municipality
At the beginning of the form, you need to select the municipality or city where your rental property is located.
Accommodation Capacity Details
You then enter the basic capacity details:
- number of main beds (osnovni lezaj)
- number of extra beds (pomocni lezaj)
- unit price per bed
The system automatically calculates:
- the total amount of the tourist tax
It is recommended to enter the data according to the official approval decision for providing hospitality services in a household, rather than based on the current situation or personal estimates.
Review and Submission of the Form
Kada unesete sve podatke:
- click the Provjera / Check button in the upper left corner
- if there is an error, the system will notify you
- if there are no errors, you will receive confirmation that the form is valid
After that, click Send / Pošalji.
Mandatory:
- save the confirmation of form submission
- or print it for your own records
Additional Tips
- always double check the entered data before submitting
- do not leave the submission for the last day, as the system can become overloaded
- keep the submission confirmation for at least several years

Additional Information According to the Tax Administration Guidelines
According to the Tax Administration guidelines on the calculation and payment of the tourist tax for 2025, it is important to note the following:
- Persons providing hospitality services in a household must submit the completed TZ2 form between 1 and 15 January 2026.
- The form applies to the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
- The annual flat rate amount of the tourist tax is calculated based on the highest number of beds recorded in the previous year.
- the amount of the tourist tax is EUR 5.97 per main bed and EUR 2.99 per extra bed
Under item 17 of the TZ2 form, it is necessary to state:
- the total amount of income for the previous year, in this case, for the year 2025
The form must be completed:
- according to the place of residence or habitual residence of the permit holder
- and submitted to the competent branch of the Tax Administration
- solely through the e-Porezna system
Payment of the Tourist Tax
The annual flat rate amount of the tourist membership fee can be paid:
- in a single payment, by 31 July of the current year
or
- in three equal instalments:
- the first instalment by 31 July
- the second instalment by 31 August
- the third instalment by 30 September
